Bought a Condo home in 2023 in Mid-cambridge, Cambridge, MA.

Rich was absolutely phenomenal to work with across both the sale of our BRA/BPDA income-restricted condo and the purchase of our new home—and it was a lengthly process due to a number of complications that we brought to the table. I first contacted Rich 3+ years ago to find out what the max resale price was for our condo. From there, he kept us posted on market conditions and any changes to the BPDA program that might have impacted our resale opportunities.

He coordinated with another agent to help us find our next home (ensuring we ALWAYS had someone to accompany us to open houses and answer any and all questions we had) and when our dream home came back on the market, he was there ready to make sure we didn't miss the opportunity. We landed that house (including with our contingencies intact!) and shortly thereafter listed our condo for sale and got a lot more for it than we had originally expected. His connections within the community were absolutely invaluable; compared to the process when I first purchased the unit (through a different agent) everything was easy and seamless.

If you're considering buying or selling your home (especially as a first-time buyer or through Boston's BPDA/income restricted sales process) I wouldn't consider ANYONE other than Rich. My highest recommendation.

Rich sold my BPDA unit in JP and I couldn't have had a more knowledgeable, more responsive, and more skilled agent represent my interests. His knowledge of the ins and outs of selling these particular units is matchless, which is crucial as there are many rules and restrictions that must be abided. We listed my unit in mid November of 2022 and it sold after the first weekend of open houses. His professional networks and reputation gives him access to a wide variety of eligible buyers, so he really was able to find a good buyer. His attention to detail kept the selling process moving quickly and his responsiveness to my questions along the way was excellent. The fact that we were able to sell and close on my condo in 1.5 months is incredible, particularly given the increased interest rates at the time of selling and the particulars of selling a BPDA unit. His patience and thoughtfulness made this process very comfortable. He networks with great real estate attorneys who also made this process seamless. I would highly, highly recommend him.

I initially hired Rich to help me sell my BPDA income restricted condo, in Boston. He has many years of experience with these properties, and understands the bureaucratic process, completely. He did not disappoint. He helped me complete all the necessary paperwork to list, and to sell. He utilized his wide network to market my unique property.

What was unexpected, however, was how helpful Rich was in purchasing a new-build condo in Boston. He recommended my entire team of Mortgage Broker’s, Inspectors, and Attorneys. He helped me navigate multiple delays, misunderstandings, and oversights. He responded to every phone call, email, and text promptly. He brokered corrective action and deadlines with the selling realtor. He absolutely had my back, and thank goodness he did.
