Rich was the #1 individual Coldwell Banker Realty agent in 2023 for units sold in Massachusetts and ranked 20th in units sold in the United States out of over 100,000 agents. This achievement earned him the International President’s Premier Award from Coldwell Banker Realty, placing him in the top 1% of all sales associates nationally and internationally for 2023.

Rich also ranked in the 2024 edition of RealTrends | The Thousand, published in the Wall Street Journal, which showcases the top 0.5% of real estate professionals. RealTrends verified Rich as the #1 agent in sale sides in Boston, #2 in Massachusetts, and #168 nationally.

For the past 15 years, Rich has been a REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Realty’s Boston office. Specializing as a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist, he has worked extensively in Boston, the surrounding areas, and Cape Cod. Rich has assisted buyers, sellers, and investors with relocation referrals, estate sales, probate sales, new construction, affordable housing, and home buyer lotteries. Notably, he recently closed all 38 units in a new construction building in Brighton.

Recognized as one of Boston Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers of 2024, Rich currently serves as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee for the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® and the Diversity, Inclusion, and Member Engagement Task Force for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. He also holds council positions at Plimoth Patuxet Museums and the Friends of the Public Garden. Rich received his B.A. from Boston University’s College of Communication.
