Income-restricted 3-bedroom rental is available July 1, 2025. It is part of the Inclusionary Development Policy (IDP) program, and tenants must be certified by IDP/BPDA before signing a lease. At least two people must occupy the unit. Located on the third floor with no elevator, it requires use of stairs. Applicants must meet 80% Area Median Income (AMI) limits: minimum income is $71,130; maximum is $91,200 for 1 person (with IDP-approved exemption), $104,200 for 2, $117,250 for 3, and $130,250 for 4. Inquire for larger households. Asset limits apply: households must have under $75,000 in liquid assets (most retirement and education accounts excluded). If all members are over 65, the limit is $250,000. Screening includes credit, rental history, and background checks. A FICO score of 580 or higher is required, along with two years of on-time rental history. Background checks follow the City’s Fair Chance Tenant Selection Policy. Showings will take place during the three set Open Houses.
